• Developed new bioassays to accurately and reproducibly measure performance of CellGate’s molecular transporters.
• Became proficient with cell and tissue culture practices and apparati, including Caco-2 voltage clamp gastrointestinal uptake model.
• Installed, ran and maintained many high performance laboratory instruments including automated peptide synthesizers, mass and analytical HPLC systems, Fluorescently Activated Cytometry systems and triple quad mass spectrometers. 

Oral and Written Presentation of Data

• Presented data generated from both preclinical studies and R&D to company executives.
• Wrote a complete application for submission to FDA for an investigator sponsored IND for a novel treatment of HVAG with 100uM deca-L-arginine hydrochloride.
